TERMS OF SALE AND USE

Plain terms for a simple purchase.

1. Agreement

These terms are between you and Wisp. By buying or using Wisp you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Wisp.

2. Your license

Your purchase gives you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Wisp for your own personal or work use on Macs you own or control. It is a one-time payment, not a subscription, and it never renews or charges you again.

You may not resell, rent, share license keys publicly, or redistribute Wisp, and you may not reverse engineer it except where the law allows it.

3. Updates and support

Your purchase includes all updates we release, and email support, for one year from the date of purchase. After that, the version you have keeps working for good. We may offer later versions or extended updates separately, but you are never required to buy them.

4. Requirements

Wisp needs an Apple silicon Mac on macOS 26 or later. Meeting summaries need Apple Intelligence to be available and turned on. Recognition quality depends on your microphone, your surroundings and Apple’s on-device models. Please check the system requirements before you buy.

5. Refunds

If Wisp isn’t right for you, email support@trillium.one within 14 days of purchase with your order email, and we’ll refund you in full. No questions asked. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. This doesn’t limit any rights you have under consumer law where you live.

5a. Money back for posts

If you post a clip of Wisp and it reaches the view counts on our money back page, we refund half or all of what you paid, and you keep your license. The rules on that page are part of these terms.

6. Payment and taxes

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is handled by Stripe. Launch pricing can end at any time; it never changes what you already paid. Applicable sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout depending on where you are.

7. Recording other people

The notetaker can record and transcribe other people on calls. You are responsible for telling them and getting consent where the law requires it. Recording laws differ between countries and states.

8. Your content

Everything you dictate, record and write with Wisp belongs to you. It stays on your Mac, and we never receive it. See the privacy policy.

9. Check important text

Speech recognition and AI summaries can make mistakes. Please review names, numbers, action items and anything important before you send or rely on it.

10. Warranty and liability

Apart from the refund above and any rights you have under law, Wisp is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Wisp is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Wisp.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes apply to future purchases, and they won’t take away a license you have already bought.
